Ordering & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

How long does delivery take?

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • UK: 3–7 business days

  • Australia: 7–12 business days

  • Other destinations: varies, but usually within 10–14 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order, we begin processing it immediately. Therefore it is only possible to cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it. To request a cancellation, please send us an email at support@evia-underwear.com, and we'll help you right away.

Returns & Exchanges

What if the size doesn’t fit?
What a pity! In case your underwear doesn't fit correctly, send us an email at support@evia-underwear.com. We will send you a new pair, free of charge. 

Can I return used underwear?
For hygiene reasons, I can only accept returns on unworn items with their original tags attached.

Are Evia underwear really leakproof?
Yes. Each pair has a discreet multi-layer core that locks in leaks while keeping you dry and comfortable.

How much can they absorb?
They’re designed for light to moderate leaks—about the same as 2–3 liners. For heavier days or nights, it’s best to have extra pairs on hand to rotate.

Will they smell?
No. The antibacterial lining helps prevent odors, so you can stay fresh throughout the day.

Are they safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. The fabrics I use are soft, breathable, and gentle—without harsh seams or irritating finishes.

Will anyone notice I’m wearing them?
Not at all. They look and feel like regular underwear and stay invisible under your clothes.

Care Instructions

How do I wash and care for them?

  • Machine wash cold (30°C) in a laundry bag.

  • Skip fabric softeners (they reduce absorbency).

  • Line dry—avoid tumble dryers for longest wear.

How long do they last?
With proper care, your Evia underwear will last for years—just like your favorite everyday pairs.
